Contract Management Platform
Creators Legal tech consists of three major components: a Contract Editor and admin module, an Interactive Contract Builder, and a user’s briefcase.
The Contract Editor enables the Creators Legal team to upload and edit contracts in the system. Each contract is edited with special markup to indicate placeholders to be populated by the user. The markup is then processed by the Contract Builder to construct an interactive wizard that allows users to create a customized contract in minutes.

Interactive Contract Builder
Users find a relevant contract in the catalog and immediately jump into the Contract Builder. Through populating a series of form questions, they customize the contract to their needs. Users also specify all parties who will be reviewing and e-signing the contract. Contracts can be sent immediately to all included parties or saved in the Briefcase for further editing.
User’s Briefcase
The Briefcase enables users to manage their contracts every step of the way – from initiating new contracts and editing drafts to reviewing contract status once sent, to accessing already executed contracts. The Briefcase provides the ability to organize contracts into Projects.
Website, Payments, and Subscriptions:
Dizzain built an interactive WordPress website optimized for marketing and conversions. It enables creators to easily find the right subject in the catalog and initiate new contracts. Contracts are available for purchase either as single-use or for unlimited use through a monthly/annual subscription.
WooCommerce powers the e-commerce functionality, with custom integrations with the Briefcase and Contract Builder to ensure that no contract goes unpaid.
