Their algorithms analyze user behavior and optimize all released content based on real-time data. It enables to predict when topics will trend and help to plan future campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Over half the world`s top 150 publishers including The New York Times, Mashable, and HuffPost partner with SocialFlow.
Emphasis on usability
SocialFlow is constantly working on improving user experience with their software. They made mobile a top priority and reached Dizzain to create an outstanding solution that doesn’t repeat the functionality of the existing web application but complies with the mobile users’ needs. To choose the right features for the app, our UX designers conducted user persona research and a number of tests. As a result, we built the app Android and iOS with a clear, goal-driven design and emphasis on usability. Today, when everything is synchronized, the app can be easily used alongside the SocialFlow web application.
The latest version of the SocialFlow app allows to distribute content across social media platforms simply, quickly, and effectively. The newest, massive upgrade of the app brought more capabilities on the go for customers. They can compose messages for delivery through SocialFlow to Facebook, LinkedIn, and including the new 280 character limit for Twitter. The app lets users customize their experience by managing content both from an unpublished queue and published timeline. Improving User Experience With Software
Since 2013, when our partnership began, the Dizzain team has also developed Chrome Extension and WP Plugin for SocialFlow. The plugin has all the most important functions of social publishing. It includes the possibility to craft custom metadata for Facebook and LinkedIn accounts, view statistics on each message sent from WordPress dashboard, and more. Working side-by-side with the SocialFlow team, we help to reconceive their efforts, improve user experience, and even enchant their customers.
